Cheval has two different sets of services for buyers.
Dedicated search. Cheval often represents buyers in exclusive, dedicated searches for acquisitions. This type of search is typically conducted for companies embarking on large-scale consolidation programs and our clients for this type of service have included such companies as The Endurance International Group and NTT/Verio among others. In this type of relationship, Cheval provides its clients a wide variety of services, including assistance with the design and management of the overall acquisition program as well as all aspects of the process for individual acquisitions. Cheval's experience in successfully completing a number of these programs enables it to add particular value to its clients in this area.
Cheval Opportunities List. Cheval also maintains a list of web hosting, ISP and related assets that are available for purchase. The Cheval Opportunities List is distributed weekly to prospective buyers and typically includes the asset bases of approximately 30 businesses. These asset bases can range in size from the very small to more than $10 million of annualized revenue. Cheval acts as an advisor in these transactions often helping both buyers and sellers complete deals.
