Hillary Stiff
Hillary is Managing Director of Cheval Capital. She has been an investment banker since 1990, completing M&A transactions and arranging financing for a number of companies including Nextel Communications, NTT/Verio and The Endurance International Group.
As a former CFO, Hillary specializes in structuring financial solutions that meet clients' strategic and operational objectives. As an Internet services veteran, she has been active in the web hosting M&A arena since the industry's inception. She maintains long-term relationships with a wide network of prospective buyers and sellers and closely monitors valuation, technology and pricing trends. She is a popular conference speaker who has led panels and workshops at HostingCon, the SWSoft Partner Summit and other events.

Frank Stiff
Frank is President of Cheval Capital. He has been an investment banker for 30 years, during which he has assisted companies including Nextel Communications, NTT/Verio, Fidelity Capital/Colt Telecommunications, and Rackspace Managed Hosting with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and other financial services.
Prior to forming Cheval Capital in 1996, Frank was President of The Columbia Group, the broker-dealer affiliate of the Columbia Capital Corporation, and was a Vice-President and later President of Reinheimer & Company from 1988 to 1994. At these firms, Frank was an investment banker raising capital through private placements and IPO's and providing financial advice to various telecommunications companies. Prior to joining Reinheimer & Company, Frank was an Officer of The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York
